Montje S. Plank, P.E., a Florida native, graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree in 1974. Since that time, he has been involved in virtually all aspects of land development-as a consultant, engineer, real estate broker, construction manager, and developer. Mr. Plank's accomplishments include residential, commercial, and industrial subdivision design; commercial and industrial site design, and turn-key design/build site development. Several thousand Central Florida residences are located within subdivisions of his design or construction management since 1986; and over 300 commercial projects of his design responsibility have been constructed.
